In the face of significant percentage of failure cases of ERP projects, both software venders and enterprises which deploy ERP systems seek a good way to better manage complexity of ERP projects. This thesis put forward a methodology to improve success rate of ERP implementation. By exploiting project management concepts and tools to better hander ERP implementation, we can effectively minimize risks and maximize possibility of project success.Based on a case study research. This thesis argues that good project management need to improved success rate of ERP implementation. The process of ERP implementation is a typical project cycle, incorporating project start, project planning, project execution, project evaluation and project completion. This thesis proposes analyze questions and solve questions. Covering aspects of project total management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communication management, risk management, knowledge management, the author analyses the practical problems in the ERP implementation. At the same time, the author analyses and solves these problems through a real case.This thesis combines ERP implementation with PMP organically, providing a method for ERP implementation. For the author's knowledge level is limited and some research on relative aspects in the ERP implementation PMP is not deep such as the quality management in the ERP implementation, this thesis offers some clues for other experts and employees to go deeply into these problems.
