The article simply introduces the basic character, methods, and technology support and economy significance about webbing marketing. By using strategy analysis method to analyze SINOPEC inner and external environment and it's product character, the article points out that the chance and danger exist at the same time and the company should use webbing marketing to reform the sale construction, reduce cost, enhance communications with customers.It devises a webbing marketing mode named "the same center circle". In the mode, the general department of SINOPEC is a center and the son companies delegate product sales and the general department master the main power and son companies have its own power. Through breaking the present sales mode, reengineering business process and the new sales mode can wholly integrate SINOPEC sales resources, plat sale organization construction, visualize some department, enlarge the first class son companies management range and reduce middle management numbers. The steppes for completing webbing marketing are building web bases, setting up area conveying system and center, developing CRM system and connecting with ERP.The article analyzes that the main barrier for completing webbing marketing strategy comes from the present enterprise system that the officialism and benefit readjusting system will do harm to it. Besides this, the scarcity of social commercial credit, the poor Internet base, and the inefficient law protection for on-line contracts are also affecting the webbing marketing economy values.
