Construction Of The Thinking Of Our Military Cadres Incentive Mechanism

Establishing the new motivation of army-cadres is a important aspect of the new period, which can raise the strength of fighting. This treatise includes three aspects: the first aspect intrduces the meanning of motivation, elaborate the concept trait and function of the new motivation of army-cadres.
