fortune, a famous magazine in the world, has discussed specially the report about " the great impact of the outsourcing on the company" and said that the outsourcing is the most important reason that make the companies all over the world change essentially. But the new world concept of "outsourcing" has not spread very quickly in China. A lot companies still do all of their work by themselves. That is the main factor that impedes the core competitive position to display fully. The logistics cost and time account for a great proportion of the total cost and time. But the logistics process does not make any new value at all. It leads to the problem of resource waste. Compared with other developed countries, our country still has a long way to go.If Chinese companies still remain unchanged and maintain the large and comprehensive style, they will not resist the competition from the foreign companies. Outsourcing is a better way to reduce the logistics cost and improve the competitive position effectively. But our country' s logistics outsourcing market need perfecting further. This has already become a very important thing to deal with. The 3PL is the main body in other countries. That many companies of our country organize all their work by themselves is the main reason that leads to the low efficiency. Our country has already become a member of WTO. It is very urgent for the companies to reduce the logistics cost and improve the competitive position. This article bases its argument on the present outsourcing situation of the industrial and commercial companies and find the existing problems. The economic principles such as the principle of transaction cost, game theory and corresponding management theories to analyze the phenomena are used. Not only the advantages and disadvantages of logistics outsourcing are used, but also the quantity methods are utilized to provide a criterion for the consignable company to select 3PL. Besides the specific steps are displayed on how the outsourcing should be taken in order to contribute the quick development of our country ' s logistics outsourcing cause.My article contains the content as follows:Firstly, the enterprise' s outsourcing strategy is analyzed under thebackground of global economy comprehensively and then the theories of outsourcing are brought forward. The countermeasures are put forward for Chinese companies who face such a situation like this.Secondly, the gigantic cost in our country ' s logistic market is discussed and the situation of logistic outsourcing is analyzed. The reasons that the clients do not like outsourcing their logistics operation are discussed. Furthermore, the successful experiences and developing direction of developed countries will be introduced in logistics outsourcing.Thirdly, the advantage and the risk that the outsourcing may bring to the company will be displayed.
