On Innovation Subject

In the light of From the angle of dialectical materialistic epistemology, the dissertation analyzes the subject of innovation and its innovations through systems analysis, and expounds in details the innovator's basic constituents and characteristics, and the general laws of his innovations.At first the article gives a definition to the subject of innovation, and analyzes the subject of innovation in the macrocosmic and microcosmic ways, then the article discusses the general process of the innovation, and probes into the mechanism of the accomplishment of the innovations. The dissertation mainly consists of six parts: The foreword indicates the importance and the significance of the study of the subject of innovation. The first part defines and classifies the innovators from the macrocosmic point of view, and sets forth the basic characteristics of the innovators. The second part mainly expounds the elements of the innovators from the microcosmic angle. The third part mainly discusses the general process of the innovation theoretically. In this part, the author holds that the general process of the innovation involves two processes, namely the creative ideas' coming into being and the realization of the creative ideas. The fourth part, from two angles narrates the mechanism of the accomplishment of the innovations: Synchronously, innovations can be seen as a system in which the subject and the environment interact. Diachronically, the mechanism of the accomplishment of the innovations involves three kinds of mechanism, namely that of originating, carrying out and ensuring. And points out that the intensive motivation of creations is the prime prerequisite of innovations, the responding creative abilities are necessary for the innovations, and the strong mind is one of the guarantees for the eventual accomplishment of the innovations. The conclusion indicates that the article's aim is to make people attach necessary importance to the problem of cultivating and employing the creative talent or talent colony.
