Countermeasures To Promote The Healthy Development Of Small Towns In China

Small city and town construction is the major to promote the urbanization in China. Enhancing the level of urbanization and transferring of the rural population are good for increasing the farmers' income, can provide a broad market and lasting stimulator for the economy development. And they are also important measures to better the construction of urban and rural economy, and promote the good recycling of the national economy and coordinated development of the society. The improving productive force of agriculture and speeding industrialization make the conditions for our country to develop the urbanization mature. So, "The Tenth Five-year Project" definitely puts forward carrying out the strategy of the city and the country.This thesis, beginning from giving the scientific definition to the implication of small city and town, analyzing the best way for the urbanization in China, in a strategic sense elaborates the theory and realistic significance of small city and town construction.
