| Aluminum, the second metal, is a kind of continually developable metal due to its perfect function and low recycle cost. Following technology development, aluminum has been widely used in many aspects such as transportation, construction, packing, etc.. The rising rate of Aluminum consumption is always equal to or higher than the rate of economic development. Thereby, the increase of Aluminum consumption looks as the remark of global economic development. The purpose of this article is to present some advice for the project decision through researching the Aluminum project invested by Hunan Chuangyuan Aluminum Co.,Ltd..First, this article analyses the investment background by researching the present and future demands of international and domestic Aluminum market. Especially through analyzing the main elements, such as the international demands development, the competition of domestic Aluminum market, relevant investment environment, finding the damands for Aluminum, to explain the investment possibility. In accordance with characteristic of this project, main analysis work put to the influence of electricity-Aluminum joint to this project and put forward the possibility and necessary of electricity-Aluminum joint. Simultaneously, by studying technology selection and influence of the project to environment, is to demonstrate the technology advance and measures for environment protection. Then, is to proof the reasonability of project site selection by analyzing the site selection demands. By estimating project cost and operation cost, finding out the return of project and feasibility of main influence factors, to provide the basis for project decision, raising fund, operation. Following, by studying project risks influence, such as electricity price, Aluminum price, marketing, raw material, to present some special advice to project decision. Finally, to provide the studying results for project decision by combining forgoing analysis and present some experience about project practice. |
