The employees are the most active factors in the course of production. Whether the activity of the employees can be brought into full play has direct effect on success or failure of the enterprise's management.Therefore,it is the key to manage for the manager how to make the employees do their best to work for the enterprise conscious and voluntarily.Job satisfaction, resulting from the work itself, is a special component in the attitude of employees; is the attitude and the emotional response the employees have to their own work; is an important psychological index in the enterprise management.This thesis discusses the intension and function of job satisfaction . A survey for the job satisfaction was conducted in China aluminum limited company GuiZhou branch company from the aspects of the work itself, the rewarding of the work, the working background, the working group and the enterprise .An analysis was performed individuality as for gender, age and education background through the survey and analysis of job satisfaction with the work in China aluminum limited company GuiZhou branch company , it can be drawn how satisfacted the employees feel about their work. The positive aspects are affirmed; most important of all, with management theory some suggestions and countermeasures to deficiency are offered; not only to conduct the survey of the employees'job satisfaction well but also to evaluate the survey; to set up the effective engorgement system, according to the actual situation of China aluminum limited company GuiZhou branch company , to perfect the working objectives system, employment system, distribution system, punishment system, training system; meanwhile, tho establish scientific and effective evaluation system to insprise the employees'passion for work, enthusiasm and creativity, to make theemployees really contented with the work. At last the high-efficiency increase will come true, because of the combination of the enterprise and the employees for the interest and the fate purpose.
