Yunnan New Alcoa Aluminum Foil Production Line Technological Transformation Project

Aluminum foil has characteristics of no poisonous, no sapor, and preventing light and so on, so it is widely used in every domain in our society. The consumption of Aluminum foil in our society is much lower than the level of foreign. In this paper the production and consumption of aluminum has been discussed, on the base of carefully analyzed to the market, the project of skill rebuild in factory of aluminum machining of Younan was ordered.The equipment and the situation of technics of the factory are also analyzed, malpractices are pointed out, and it is also the origin of the waste of productivity and energy, and so the cost is very high, at last the skill rebuild is necessary.On base of factory of aluminum machining, the reasonable alteration plan is bring forward, and also the project of skill rebuild and the plan on how to carry out project.
