Real estate, which is a new industry in our country with a wider prosperous prospect and plays more and more important role in our country's economy, is in desirous need of excellent development theory in real estate because superficial flourishing in real estate cannot hide the deep-level crisis in this industry.This essay is mainly based on the theory of Project Management. The concepts of Project and Project Management are first explained. Second, the Planned Management and Enforcement Control Management of Scope, Time, Quality, Resources, and Expenses of a Project are clearly illustrated and analyzed. The strategy consists of such five parts as Management of Scope, Time, Quality, Resources, and Expenses. Necessary details and appropriate omissions are reasonably discussed and the key focuses are clearly explained.This essay, by means of a large number of first-hand data materials, analyzes and expounds how to use the theory of Project Management to manage the Project "Baoji Island" from different directions and perspectives.
