Risks have already become one of the most dangerous problems inoffshore engineering projects. In the engineering projects, especially theOffshore Engineering Projects, the uncertainty of risk elements hasbecome the main obstacle of risk analysis. Today, to find out a reasonable,efficient, operable method of risk management is one of the mostimportant aims of risk analysis researchers. Based on today's status of risk analysis both domestic and abroad,the essay has a deep, general summarization and expatiation and bringsforward advanced mathematic models with the main process of the riskanalysis in the Offshore Engineering projects. With the method of fuzzyrisk analysis and probability risk analysis, it takes QHD32-6 project foran example and has a risk assessment on the main problems cropped upin the process of the projects. With the general, reasonable, pertinent riskanalysis of the administration team and managers, it brings out theconclusion and a series of improvement measures.
