Abstract/Summary:
Because of the feudal land-allotment system, most of peasants in China had no enough land.They had also been suffering the difference in standard of living all the time since the land is not evenly divided. In order to acquire land and freedom, they have rebelled a thousand times. But they were all lost. The representatives of all classes put forward their views, which were selected by history.The paper mainly compared the practice and proposition of different parties about land problem since the Opium War. There are about thirty thousand words and four parts. The first part expounds the status quo of the land problem. The second part analyzes the proposition of different parties, such as the ideal kingdom's "absolute equalitarianism ";"the equalization of land ownership" "land to the tiller" thoughts of Sun Zhong-shan; the third party's land state-owned; liang shu-min and Yan Yang-chu's village construction; Yan Xi-shan's land village-owned. The third part elaborates the failure and success of kuo-Min party's land policy. The fourth part is about how the Communist party of china successfully solve the land problem, explaining the reasons for land reform and its role and historical status.
