Study Of Urban Old Age Security System

Using the theories of economics, sociology, demography and some other relevant academic courses, we made a deep analysis and research on the question of the city residents' old - ageing and Aged - people Security System (ASS) in the respects of its evolution, nowadays situation, faced problems, trends and other related problems in this thesis. Then, we raised a fundamental on establishing a reasonable ASS of city dwellers. And considering the practical situation of our country' s political system, economic system, national custom and so on, we advanced a series of approaches, which can make our ASS more perfect.The old - ageing of city residents is a severe question to our country in the period of economic and social development. Aged -people security has already become a "bottleneck" which controlled our economic development and interfered social stability. Therefore, we must perfect our ASS by the way of establishing social security system, consummating commercial insurance, improving socialized administration and service, strengthen our citizen' s conscious of respecting and loving aged- people. As soon as the cooperation of every part, we can solve the question thoroughly. These are the purpose and conclusion of this thesis.
