Along with China have entered WTO, the competition among corporation becomes more fiercer. The essence of corporation competition is the talent corporation, and the key of competition is talent system especially talent motivation system. So the corporation would succeed, it must a system that motivates the worker. In the paper, I analyse talent motivation policy in the Nangang plate rolling plant.First, This paper explains the conception, and analyse the character of the talent. Then This paper introduce the motivation theory that predecessor have researched, and discuss the essence of motivation.
