Human resource is regarded as the first resource to develop our economy and society because the value of the other resources cannot be realized without it. The knowledge economy is a kind of economy that on the basis of human resource, the amount, quality and structure of human resource is the basic force to promote the development of an enterprise, especially of a high-tech company, which has the characteristics of both high risk and high benefit. The maximal use of employees' talent has the most important effect on the survival and development of a company .The management of employee flow has become the most difficult thing due to the complex working process and the specific needs of high-tech working environment.The management of employee flow in a high-tech company is investigated in this paper, and takes XIANGYU GROUP as an example to explain it. The main contents are as following:1 The factors influencing the employee flow in a high-tech company. The paper analyzes the changes of organize structure of a high-tech company compared with conventional company. It draws the conclusion that the new organizational structure that a high-tech company owns has some characteristics such as multi-level organization, duality system, capable organization and multi-ability employees. Compared with the transformation of organizational structure, the flow of employees changes correspondingly. This paper gives an example -XIANGYU GROUP to discuss several important factors influencing the employee flow in a high-tech company, and how these factors influence it.2 The research of prediction and planning of the employee flow in a high-tech company. Human resource planning is one of the important parts in human resource management. This paper analyzes the prediction methods on the basis of XIANGYU GROUP. It can help planning the human resource on the basis of prediction to reach the balance of demand and supply.
