Nowadays in the new situation of reform and openning, China is experiencing the serious enterprise employee lost from scale to form. Especially in the high-tech companies, such as consultation corporation ,IT enterprises,the phenomena are existing comnonly which including employee job-hop frequently and management cost increasing. At first, based on the concept of knowledgeable emplyee,aimming for the phenmenon and the characteristic of the knowledgeable employee, the influence and consequence of employee leaving to enterprises are pointed out. In the third chapter of this paper, through disscuss5ing the influence of education level to individual,the characteristic of mentality and the rule of behavior that knowledgeable employees difference from the general employee, the winter using Mobley Model points out following four are the key factors determined emloyee turnover: l)job satisfaction; 2) the expectancy to change work role for income increacing on the enterprise inside; 3) the expectancy to change work role for income on the enterprise outside; 4) non-work values and accidental factors. Then through adopting AHP analysis method this paper analysis the macro and micro factors about employee turnover. Finally, relevantant countermeasures such as overall salary plan and emplyee aptitude development strategies are put forward pertinencely.
