"Decision is made in all the management procedure, and management is decision. " Making a scientific decision is very important to realize the management informatization, and now the IT revolution in the entire world has made a deep impact on our company and company decisions. In order to apply the new era, we must try our best to improve the support ability of DSS, which is very important to our management informatization.Firstly, this article analyses the competition situation faced to our company, and studies the status quo and the existent deficiency of the DSS theory, the DSS development and the DSS application; Secondly, we put forward a new construct of the DSS function and structure on the base of the DSS theory; Thirdly, we investigate many critical questions in building DSS, and sum up the critical succeed factors of builiding DSS, and then bring forward strategies from the way of technology and non-technology. In this article we also make a careful study on the relatin of the busincess process reengineer and the DSS building, and do some experimental research on the modeling of the business process; and at last aiming at the evaluating support ability of DSS, we advance to apply the concentrate value fuzzy method.
