Workshop Production Workflow-based Process Management And Agile Response To Technical Studies

With the competitions in global market and the diversification of user requirements, the enterprises have to produce a large variety of products in little batch sizes. It is increasingly important to do business process reengineering. The shop floor is the most important center of a manufactory. Therefore, the produce process reengineering in the shop floor is a key part of the business process reengineering in the enterprise. So this paper talks something about the management and agile response problems of produce process in the shop floor, in order to improve the cooperatives, integration, agility and adaptability of the produce process and provide a supporting tool for the produce process reengineering in the shop floor.First, this paper brings forward a project management mode of the produce process in the shop floor, as well as builds up the system architecture of the management and agile response based on workflow and barcode. Second, this paper discusses importantly about the produce-process-management based on workflow, and does more research on the modeling, execution, track, information-releasing, integration of the produce process in the shop floor and so on. Third, this paper analyzes the produce information acquisition and work-in-process product management based on barcode in detail, which can improve the ability of information agile response in the shop floor. Finally, this paper accomplishes a prototype system that is validated well through a produce instance in the shop floor.
