Today,the world is undergoing unprecedented changes,China’s social contradictions have undergone profound changes,the ability of the government to perform more and more high requirements.Based on the new development stage,carrying out the new development concept and constructing the new development pattern,the public administration department must speed up the transformation of functions and improve the administrative efficiency.Based on public satisfaction,organizational structure optimization,efficiency improvement and informatization,government process reengineering(GPR)is widely used in government reform and innovation.In this paper,the Chaozhou city government office as an example,the use of government process reengineering theory for internal business operation mechanism optimization research,this paper explores the internal relations between government process reengineering and organization adjustment,system reform,human resources integration,performance management improvement,information technology application,etc.This paper mainly includes seven parts:the first part,elaborated the research background,the research goal and the significance,the literature review,the research method,the technical route,the research mentality and the research content,the research difficulty and the innovation;This paper analyzes the applicability of the process reengineering theory to the interior of government offices,and on the basis of expounding the characteristics,steps and methods of the process reengineering theory,in the third part,taking Chaozhou as an example,the author analyzes the practical dilemma of government office and deduces the practical motivation of BPR in Government Office,this paper expounds the attempts of the internal process reengineering of government offices from four aspects of the adjustment of "Three fixed",the revision of system,the optimization of business process and the construction of information system,focus on analyzing the weak links in the process of BPR in Government Offices;the fifth part,grasp the key factor of people,from the three dimensions of organization structure,talent team and performance management,the author excavates the root of the problems existing in the process reengineering of government office,it puts forward five optimization paths,such as building an integrated information system,building a flat management model,perfecting a rigorous formulation system,activating a relay-type talent echelon,and strengthening the incentive performance management,generally summarize the research results and deficiencies of this paper,and look forward to the follow-up study of this paper.
