On The Impact Of The Japanese Culture Diplomacy

After the Cold War, the international society experienced deep change, people gradually break the traditional view of politics, economy and military etc to the research about the international relations and the diplomacy problems. To explain the international problems from the cultural angle cause the concern of the academic circles more and more . The aim of the paper is from this way of thinking to set out analyze diplomatic influence of the Japanese culture . This paper consists of four parts totally.The first part states the world - round research about the influence of Japanese culture on its diplomacy and analyzes the performance and reason of the rising of the cultural position in international politics and talk about the relation between diplomacy and culture .The second part discusses the Japanese cultural' s origin, content and its characteristics. The Japanese cultural's origin including the Japanese primitive culture, absorption of Chinese culture, of western culture and of the United States culture. The main content of the Japanese culture include Shinto thought, Shame culture, group culture and insand culture.The characteristics of the Japanese culture include opening and creative, the excellent theory in race, realism and the miscellaneous culture.The third part is a textual point. From five respectives discussed how Japanese culture affects Japan diplomacy. The first is political diplomatic influence of culture ; The second is the economic diplomatic influence of culture ; The third is the safe diplomatic influence of culture ;The fourth is environment diplomatic influence of culture ; The fifth is culture diplomacy.The fourth part is the evaluation from positive and negative two aspects to diplomacy influence of the Japanese culture. Japanese culture has the positive effect on developing Japanese international position and improving economy . It has negative influence on the relations between Japan and other neighbor countries , on the Japan international images and on the course of Political Great -Power.
