Military Storage Software Management Studies

Military storage is the series of activities of getting special purpose materials beforehand for meeting the needs of military training and fighting in peacetime. It is the requisite means of adjusting the military logistics and the important requirement for forming the fighting capacity.The macro-management of military storage is mainly studied in this paper, which is generally not involved in the micro-management .The concept of the soft management is advanced and the content of the soft management of the military storage is approached on the bases of analyzing the characteristic, the structure, the position and the shortcomings of military storage.The key task of the military logistics for the new period is to meet the needs of military struggle. This paper derived the thoughts of contemporary management, the theory of military logistics and storage management in view of the special circumstances of military storage. It drew the part and the whole analogy adopting systematic methods and studied in renewing the thoughts, bringing forth new ideas and improving the means of management thus laying a theoretical foundation for completing the materials storage prewar, meeting the urgent needs at the beginning of the war and taking the emergency measures in the war.Through the study of the soft management of the military storage in this paper, the theoretical foundation is laid for forming the reasonable system of the perfect circle of military storage. The paper will be the reference for the policy-making body of military logistics.
