In twenty-one century, since human beings are threatened by lacking of resources &energy, pollution, breaking of ecologic balance and natural disaster, circumstance protection becomes exigent. Green economy is becoming a trend of development of the world. Green industry, green product, green consumption etc. are booming. For a corporation, green marketing not only means a chance but also a challenge.For being more competitive, a good strategic marketing is necessary for an enterprise. By green marketing, enterprises could build good visualize and get unique advantages, which can increase the sales and improve market share. With increase of green consumption, enterprises that implement Green Marketing can improve persistent capability of competition.Basic on the market investigation, starting from analyzing the macroscopical and microcosmic environment of the Dalian Asahi Senshoku Co.Ltd, company, this thesis analyzed the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat of Dalian Asahi and market position of Asahi. Furthermore clearly confirmed the marketing target and marketing method of this company. Finally work out the implemental countermeasures, suggestion and the guaranteed measures.Both the data of the marketing survey and the opinion to green marketing in this thesis not only have practical and instructional function to develop Dalian Asahi Senshoku Co.,Ltd.,but also provide theoretic, practical and helpful reference for domestic home textile enterprises that finally fulfill the integrations of benefit of enterprise economy, ecology and society.
