China Railway No. 14 Group No.2 Branch company(China liberation Army Railway Forces No.4 division No. 17 regiment) merged into Railway Department is a large nation-running construction company which has the ability to construct railway general projects, freeway project, tube, airport and building city. It has carried on many national and local projects which are very difficult and important contributing to China's basic construction.With the development of China's market economic and entering WTO, international construction businessmen have entered into China's market so that market competes more an more intensively. The project quality has become the basic condition of competing and social focus.This paper analyzes and studies the project quality of China Railway No. 14 Group No.2 company. On the base of research ,the paper also, points out No.2 company's unsolved problems for a long time such as the reason of project quality accident and accident tendency. Making deepening TQM9000 as masterstroke and optimizing configuration of project producing elements as premise, this paper emphasizes on making up quality plan, process control and the way to improve profit through improving project quality. The writer hopes this paper will be helpful to No.2 company's quality management.
