Haiyi Palaza Project Quality Management Research

In the intense competition of construction market, the competitive capacity of contractors depends on their capacity of project management and quality management. So it will be very important for the contractor to improve their ability on the quality management and enhance then" quality systems on construction.This article uses theories and methods of the project quality management to analyze the problems in HaiYi project quality management by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The author also expects that project quality management models of HaiYi project will help other large projects to improve their quality management.The article was divided into three parts.At the first part, the article introduced the background of HaiYi project, and analyzed problems and reasons of HaiYi project management.At second part, in order, to solve the problems hi the process of HaiYi quality management, the article introduced some theories of project quality management and provided models on the large project quality management. The core idea of models is to build the quality system which will help projects avoid quality problems in advance, and to keep the quality system efficient action.At third part, according to the character of large projects as HaiYi, the article made a further research on quality management models of different stages of the project. Main quality management stages are project design stage, pre-construction stage, construction stage, check before acceptance stage.Large construction projects do not always have enough investment and enough project time limitation, and every parts of the project and every processes of every part come across altogether. All of this will bring a lot of troubles to project quality management. So the following questions need more research: How to harmonize project quality and cost and time limitation? How to solve contradiction between every parts of project and finish the project at high quality?...
