After a long time of accumulating technological knowledge, some corporations in China have acquired the ability of in-house innovation. However, the data stated that the main body of self innovation in our country isn't the corporation. The reason maybe that the corporations haven't accumulated enough knowledge, but that the accumulated knowledge isn't reactived is also a big problem. In knowledge economy, how to apply the knowledge management methods to upgrade the corporation technological capability is a question worth researching and exploring.On the basis of the concept of technological capability, the dissertation firstly puts forward the concepts that the essence of technological capability is knowledge. The upward of technological capability is mainly relying on the static and dynamic accumulation of knowledge. It just involves knowledge integration. With regard on dynamic mechanics, the dssertation puts forward the knowledge-level theory, and then give the knowledge mechanism of upgrading technological capability.Knowledge integration can be divided into two types, outward and inward knowledge integration. Then the dissertation stated the relative two upgrading mechanism of technological capability. The outward knowledge integration process is from knowledge disheveled, knowledge including, knowledge integration, knowledge diffusion. The inward knowledge integration process is from knowledge nescience, knowledge acquiring, knowledge controlling, knowledge exploration, knowledge interpretation and diffusion. The dissertation also discusses the knowledge alliance, the management of R&D process, knowledge path dependence. At last, the knowledge platform is conceived to help the happening of knowledge integration.Accompanied with the theoretical exploration, empirical studies are also conducted in the dissertation, which are in the form of case study. The analyzed cases include the XZOTS company; Qianchao Group's craft change; Eastcom strategic alliance; Zhejiang University Control Company; knowledge management of Hangzhou Alcatel so on. The conclusion of above case studies has satisfyingly supported the theoretical discussion.
