Study Of Enterprise Knowledge Sharing And Integration

With the rapid development of technology and science, the whole globe is stepping gradually into a new economic era based on knowledge. More and more enterprisers and scholars attach importance to knowledge management. Since the specialty is divided into narrower fields, every enterprise possesses of different specialty knowledge and market advantage. At the same time, enterprise grows more and more rapidly and its scale becomes bigger. Although inside a single enterprise, different district branch and different strategic business unit hold different knowledge and market advantage. It seems more important to pay attention to the knowledge management based on knowledge sharing and knowledge integration.After summarizing the former theories on knowledge management, knowledge sharing and knowledge integration, the thesis begins to make theoretic study. We describe the concepts and characters of knowledge sharing and its important function in knowledge management. We analyse the obstacles of knowledge sharing and put forward knowledge sharing mechanisms and its assuring mechanisms. Then we define the concept of knowledge integration and discuss its importance and necessity and bring up the point of view that knowledge can be integrated by constructing knowledge integrated platform, paying attention to knowledge mining, constructing flexible organization based on the knowledge network of peer to peer. We analyze the relation between knowledge sharing and knowledge integration and improve the knowledge management equation and consider knowledge sharing and knowledge integration as the key of the success of knowledge management.The thesis considers that knowledge culture and information system are the important software and hardware to knowledge sharing and integration. It is veryimportant for knowledge sharing and integration to construct knowledge culture. Through the study on enterprise knowledge culture, we analyze the characters of knowledge culture and bring forward the steps to construct knowledge culture. Introduce advanced information tools as hardware to support knowledge management is also necessary to knowledge sharing and integration. At the end of the paper, based on analyzing the Accenture knowledge management system we construct a concept model of KM system.
