| In the era of knowledge economy, more and more firms have recognized that competitive advantage depends on the development of technological capability (TC), and the research of TC has attracted the attention of many researchers. Essentially, TC is a kind of knowledge, therefore, the development of TC can be studied from the view of knowledge management. This thesis tries to analyze TC from the view of knowledge management (KM) and knowledge platform (KP).The thesis begins with the summarization of related research on TC, KM and KP, and finds out the shortages of present theory, and put forward the importance of studying TC from the view of KP. As the basis of the study, the thesis begins by building KP from five dimensions: knowledge base, external knowledge network, basic establishment, flexible organization and culture that encourages sharing. Based on this, the thesis analyzes the correlation of KP with the development of TC, and gets the conclusion that the building and optimization of KP are significantly correlated with the development of TC.Based on this, the thesis explores the mechanism of KP-based development of TC from the angle of organizational learning, and analyzes the development of TC from the two process of learning: the learning of private and the integration of organization, and put forward the mechanism of the development of TC. After this, a case study is brought forward to offer practical analysis of the theory. Based on the static analysis above, the thesis explores the interaction of the evolution of KP with the development of TC, and points out two kinds of evolution of KP, and analyzed the pattern of the interactions. The analysis of interactions extends the study from static analysis to dynamic illustration. Then, based on the theory above, the thesis gives some suggestions on how to improve the TC with KP. The suggestions are categorized into three parts: the optimization of KP, the optimization of learning process and the optimization of the interaction of KP with TC. At the end of the thesis, research conclusions are summarized and future research directions are also noted. |
