In the knowledge economy era, as the most important manufacture factor, human capital has become the source of the wealth increase and economy progress which overcome material capital. As one kind of the capital, it is formed by investment. Training is the most important method in human capital investing, so it attracts people's attention. As the fundamental method its station is improving day after day. The reason people pay attention on it is that training department influents enterprise's long development and strategy object directly. Training evaluation not only connects with effectiveness of training department, but also influents the whole human resource management. This article is based on labor economy and management theory, and along with newest practice outcome, analyze and study the training evaluation deeply.This article includes five parts:The first part: training evaluation theory analysis. This part analyses the human capital, training, training evaluation and their relations.The second part: the status quo of training evaluation in enterprise. This part analyses the station, the problem and the reason of the status quo of training.The third part: the operation of training evaluation. This part expatiates the flow of training evaluation action.The fourth part: the difficulty of training evaluation. This part expatiates how to eliminate other factors which influence the training effectiveness and how to calculate ROI of training.The fifth part: the new view about training evaluation. This part introduces and evaluates the profit center theory and ISO 10015 criterion.
