Generally, training and development means the calculated and systematic efforts that the enterprise has made in order to help its employees achieve and improve the knowledge, skills, motivation, attitude and behavior related to their work and improve their performance and contribution to the objective of the enterprise. From a long-range and holistic point of view, training is the basic means to improve the whole performance of organization, with final aim of enhancing the core competition ability of organization.Along with the furious competition in financial banking , indistinguishableness between technology and service has made manpower capital the key to win the competition, which has made traditional training unadapted to the development of corporation. By interviewing, we have discovered that there is no training system in Bank of Beijing, especially training course system, which has made training project unsystematic, and running short of communication channel, which has made corporation incapable of sharing training resource and experience and has made training expenditure increased. As the main reason is that there is no systematic layout and management of bank's training, what we have to do now is to build training system and training management system. In addition, Bank of Beijing has a training center in Beijing, and we should take full advantage of it to make it the enterprise college or institute, just like the Claughton Village of GE, the base of cultivating enterprise culture and person with abilities, transporting continually the needed person with abilities for the development of corporation.Knowledge economy has made people realized all the more that knowledge will become the main body of fortune creation. The only way to catch and apply knowledge is to study constantly. Learning organization is a pop topic in recent years, which is considered the most ideal state of enterprise training. What has been discussed here is the key process of Bank of Beijing changing to learning organization.
