After China entered WTO ,we must build advanced administration ways of life insurance marketing according to world's general rules. The future company's mainly competition ability include driving changing world ,forming the life insurance manager team full of reforming spirits that hold training and leading competition.It is an opportunity that China entered WTO, but it is a beginning, not the ending.The life insurance line has developed quickly in the latest ten years since the life insurance marketing machinery was held in mainland by American insurance company in 1992. The account of life insurance agent is over one million, and the premium develops 30-40% than last year.Quickly development brings new problems. For example between the distance of insurance agent quality is big gap. Believing of line is down. The development of account of agent doesn't match with the quality of agent. Insurance company doesn't hold real customer although they resigned plenty of policy. The quit rate is still very high. The agent in life insurance line lack confidence and safety.The chapter research present life insurance marketing rules through the progress and present of Chinese life insurance . The present rules has been creating the success in china ,which is the blold the development of the present life insurance. It is advanced marketing rules that it leads to the reform of our life insurance. This is a kind of completed new rules , which build business and to continous development.The present and future force decisioners deeply think about three problems. The first of all is what life insurance deserve to do? The second : what should be the life insurance rules if life insurance deserve us to do? The third: how to know the position and the effect of life insurance agent.Facing a world of the quick development, only the person who hold the future can make success. You can drive the future and get development only if you manage to look for new opportunity and new style of work and reformed rules. It is the same for one person and an organization.
