The paper studied the development of fresh agricultural product chain (FAPC) based on the rapid rise of supermarket. It analyzed the current and trend of FAPC situation in developed country and China, explained the reason of supermarket involving to FAPC and compare ability with other organizations. After that, the paper examined supermarket's influence mechanism to FAPC. Therefore, the policy suggestion and institution arrange were concluded, with some case about supermarkets and their fresh product suppliers.The paper divided into six parts.Part one is instruction. It explained the research's background, current, content, methody and purpose, and summarized signification of the study. Part two analyzed the current, change and trend of FAPC in China and other country, and prospected the future of FAPC.Part three focused on the reason of supermarket involving to FAPC, based on the cousumer purchase character and supermarket advantage. Then analysis supermarket ability of running fresh food business, based on organization compare and supply management's theory.Part four examined supermarket's influence mechanism to FAPC. Firstly, building a theory mothdy with aim-conduct-manner-perfromance (ACMP). Secondly, explained the formation of supermarket management aim. Thirdly, summarized supermarket conduct according to the aim. Forthly, devided influence manner into Push and Pull, expained Push manner with Demand-Supply Mode, and expained Pull manner with supermarket demonstration mode, basded investigate case, through statistics tool (SPSS).Part five is four cases of influnce from supermarkets to their suppliers, including wholemarket, middleman and farmer organization.Finally, policy suggestion and institution arrangement were concluded, for supermarket, farmer and government.
