Knowledge-based Economy And Our Human Resources To Develop Innovative Research

Since the OECD proposed " the knowledge-based economy " formally in 1997, the knowledge-based economy has become a hot question that our country and even the whole world study gradually. The appearance of the knowledge-based economy has changed the intension of traditional economic forms, such as agricultural economy, industrial economy, etc, makes the knowledge become the most important factor which supports a national economic growth. Theory and practice research indicates that the knowledge-based economy is based on the occupation disposition with intelligence resources, and relies mainly on the production, assignment, consume of science and technology knowledge, the quality and technical ability of the human resources are the preconditions of realizing the knowledge economy.At present, the knowledge-based economy has already begun to show inkling in the developed country, more than 50% of the gross domestic product of these countries is based on knowledge, now is still in the bud of the knowledge economy in our country.
