Research On The Development Mode Of Anhui Industrial Parks

The 16th National Congress of Representative of the Chinese Communist Party proposed that our country's future economic development should depend on taking the new-type industrialized road. The industrial park plays a very important role as a leading strength of industrialization. So how to combine Anhui industrial parks's characteristic to perfect the development mode and propose corresponding with practical operation meaning measure becomes in dire need of solving.This paper direct against Anhui industrial parks's current development situation of input are insufficient, financing are difficult, garden construction are slowly, enterprises are lacking the infallible contact, industrial structure level are low, carry on comparative analysis to find out disparity of them from economic benefits, economic development vigor and competitive power three aspects and combine the development experience of the domestic and international industrial park, base on the original development model and propose development model of Anhui industrial parks from three aspects that are national parks, provincial parks and city' or county' parks, that is the development model of industrial park + industry's cluster + leading industry, provincial development park is upgrade to upgrade, strive for national-level development parks, city at county level industrial park open development model, satellite town of construction actively, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion. At the same time the paper combines the development project studies of industry and parks of Changfeng County, discuss the industrial park development model and put forward feasible suggestions for reference. The conclusions drawn by the paper will have reference value in certain degree to perfect the development mode of Anhui industrial parks further.
