Training is a kind of companies' planned activity aiming at improving employees'learning and working ability.Modern enterprises need to have not only materials reserve, funds but also knowledgereserve. Continuous investment in training is an effective way to gaincompetitiveness.This article firstly analyzes the actual training situation both home and abroad.It exemplifies training in the USA, Japan and Germany and generalizes high-leveltraining all over the world to find out characteristics, achievements and experience.Furthermore, this article analyzes domestic enterprises' basic training situation andsums up where the problems lie in.Training in Phizer ever ranked the first in the world top 500 enterprises. This articlesums up the characteristics and thread of Phizer's training system and further pointsout the actual problems existing in our company from eight aspects as follows: theconstitution of training mechanism; importance attached to training; demand,technology and methods of training; evaluation of training results; incenting trainees;cultivating talents and enhancing communications. Thereby, this article puts forwardthe principle for domestic enterprises to follow on training and the guideline toeffectively improve situation of domestic enterprises.
