Although a lot of enterprises implement IS project, few satisfies their expectation. The influence of management and organization factors on IS implementation is considered important, and more and more professional begin to study the critical success factors (CSFs) in IS implementing. But the researches on how the IS implementation is influenced by these factors are not enough, especially, those on how it is influenced by the culture factors are very few in China. So it's very meaningful for practical to study the influence principle of culture on CSFs of IS implementation, in order to control and manage the CSFs effectively and promote the IS implementation to succeed. The dissertation includes:Firstly, the corporate culture characteristic of Chinese enterprises is analyzed by four culture dimensions, which are produced by Hofstede. Secondly, the influence of corporate culture on the CSFs of IS implementation in China is analyzed from four cultural dimensions, and the influence model is produced. Lastly, four enterprises are chosen in case study, to illustrate, interpret and extend the influence model.The computer software is used to analyze the research data. NUD*IST, the qualitative research software, is used to process case data and SPSS software is used for quantitative data processing.
