Reform Of The Joint Group Management Model Study

Sanlian Group is one of the 23 significent enterprises of Shandong Province and one of the 26 special largest enterprises of Shandong Province. Since 1985, Sanlian Group has developed into a large comprehensive corprition with its cross districts and industry. How do transfer from large to strange and run well the 160 companies, it is the key topic for Sanlian Group leaders.Through studying the theory of enterprise group management, mode and analyzing the model cases, we are convinced of the difference and relationship between the law frame and management frame of the enterprises group in the paper. On the basic of grasping the organization structure and running system, it puts forward the designing idea that enterprises group may have different management frame in the same law frame, and it also defines the concept and content of the enterprises group management mode. Basing on the understanding and grasping concept and content of the enterprises group management mode and main management obstacles of Sanlian Group's working at present, aiming at the special condition that almost subsidiary companies of Sanlian Group Corp. are invested and established by the some of the subsidiary companies, it puts forward the basic management idea of reforming Sanlian Group's management mode that is "Multidivisional structure in the holding company frame". The designing object is "unify the strategic, mutual enjoy the resources, plan a whole the team, maximize the efficiency", the basic principle is practicality and maneuverability. The designing idea comprises four sides of Sanlian Group reforming plan, which are the running idea, the subsidiary companies' hiberarchy & hiberarchy relationship, hiberarchy function & organization structure and running system. It also sets up a pushing system for reforming Sanlian Group's management mode.
