Automobile service estate is belonged to the third estate. It is developed and enlarged by the automobile industry. It is said that automobile service estate is affiliated to the automobile industry development and is a medium to the consumer. It is the estate having high technology and specialization. It also has both features of formed product based on human beings and formless product including service philosophy.As the rapid developing of China automobile industry, especially after China taken part in The World Trade Organization, it has significance to research foreign developing trends and management model of automobile service estate. By this method we can know how to develop automobile service estate in China, standard our service system, build service web, improve service quality and build consumer faithful. Now it is becoming a urgent question which relating the life of a enterprise on how to survive in the sharp market struggle, promote core competence of enterprise and enhance its competitive strength, set up good image.This article take Dalian Automobile Service Shop as a study target. Through studying its developed history and conditions today, especially after its developing and enlarging, I would like to research on helping this enterprise how to adapt the changes of market environment, be confront with market struggle, extricate from difficulty and determine developing direction and tactics in the future. At the same time, I would like to give theoretical suggestions and tactics on making this enterprise adapted the changes of environment, enhancing its competitive strength and promoting its core competence.This article consist of four sections: the first chapter describes the developed history of Dalian Automobile Service Shop; the second chapter introduces situations of foreign automobile industries and its developing; the third chapter analyses main problems this enterprise confronted; the fourth chapter provides tactics on solving those difficult problems. The fifth chapter will draw a conclusion.
