And midium-sized cities and small towns should be coordinately developing. We should take the road of urbanization guiding by government and mainly dominating by market. During the process, we should place weight on constructing Nanchang City, support the development of the associate key cities, quicken the construction of the regional key cities, and lay stress on the small city construction, with leading towns, then promote the industrialization course and adopt the ideal of running cities.
