Doubtless, this judgment is very important for our country hoping development and arousing all efforts to make prosperous.Political system reform is the important partial of China's socialist reforms. During the 25 years of reformation process, our country has made a series of exploration, and obtained many achievements. At the same time, it has supported the other reforms powerfully. But, corresponding to other reforms, there is obvious lag for political system reform not only in extent but also in depth. In the period of new strategy opportunity, our country will meet with a good many of demands: fast-spreading economic globalization, unsteady international peace conditions, perfect socialist market economy, and continuously developed political civilization of socialism. These factors can become either motive or pressure to the political system reform. The final result lies on the approach and practice of reform.Summarizing experience and lesson, with the situation of our country, our political system reform should be advanced by holding reform rules and persisting in the principle of innovation. Our reform paths as follows: carrying out by echelon; making government reform as its entrance and enhancing service intention and international intention; combining government function with society motive; trying the differentiation of political structure based on the new public-administration theory.
