Analysis On The Difference Of Regional Urbanization Of Jiangsu Province

After reviewing and summarizing the connotation, the relation to industrialization, we design three kinds of indicator systems which comprised the quantity, density, industry structure and the standard of living of the residents, detailed comparsions are made between major regions of Jiangsu province on the differences of regional urbanization. Then the reasons for the difference are expored from angles of institutional condition, regional features, the duality of society, the wish to go to city of the peasantries and the difference of economic development, The negative influences,produced by the difference of regional urbanizations reflected. Based on the above researches, it's clear that if Jiangsu wants to reach the goal of corrdinated growth of regional urbanization, some strategies should be accentuated: setting up three megalopolis, exploitation along Yangtze river to transfer grads industries, institutional innovation and the macro-regulation of government, the development of urbanization should be corrdinate and sustainable.
