Strategic analysis is the keystone of enterprise management and an important way to build and exert competitive advantages. While conventional strategic programming and analysis methods are not very effective, this dissertation focuses on the comprehensive strategic analysis model and a quantitive analysis tool-innovation matrices. Firstly, this paper does a thorough research on the academic research production in the world of strategic analysis, qualitative and quantitive strategic analysis. Secondly this paper provides the quantitive strategic analysis model on competitive advantages. This model integrates classic strategic analysis methodes such as SWOT analysis model, resource-based theory, market-driven innovation methodology, Porter competitive strategy matrix, Value Chain, etc. The analysis comprises two aspects of industry and market, calculating by innovation matrices. It is systemic, innovative, integrative, practical and can promote increasing competitive advantages.Corporate entrepreneurship is the base and the spirit of a corporation, the everlasting motivity of the continual enterprise development. Corporate entrepreneurship is closely related with strategic management. Integrating entrepreneurship and strategic management actions can efficiently create firm wealth. This paper creatively brings forward that corporate entrepreneurship should be part of this model in order to perfect it, establishs a sort of new strategic analysis models on competitive advantages and maily develops the corporate entrepreneurship innovation matrix. This paper applies the model and the set of tools to the famous domesticmobile telecommunication enterprise-Eastern Communications Co. Ltd. to prove feasibility of the model and the analysis tool of innovation matrices. Finally the paperprobes into the model.
