At the beginning of this article, we study the theory of organization in order to analyze the course, content and fluctuant factor of organization design. Inasmuch as human capital operates on organization, any enterprise can not have the same organization model even if it works under the same information technology. So, according to the development of new technology revolution whose representative character is information technology, the research of the change of organizational structure and human capital can help enterprise to shape their long-term strategy.The theme of this article is based on my long-term concrete work such as management research marketing etc. at the organization of information industry. And I experienced the changeover from planned economy to market economy. During this course of my research, I find that the development of information technology influence each factor of enterprise. In this article, I put forward the property right of human capital, analyzed the benefit and venture of human capital investment. And the article designed a three-dimensional model for the special human capital (the leader of modern enterprise). At the same time, I instituted a standard for human capital, and put forward reemployment problem and how to reduce the venture of human capital investment.This article will be used for reference by other enterprise when they are innovating in their organization design and human capital management. |
