Study On Process Quality Improvement In Tianjin Hoisting Equipment Ltd.

Quality management aiming at process is the core of the notion on qualitymanagement system standard (ISO9000-2000 version), and continuousimprovement is eternal goal of an organization. Quality improvement of processis the activity where the process affecting quality is found and improved, and theexpected object is realized, and that is a section of continuous improvement. It isperpetual quality improvement for each process that constitutes continuousquality improvement activities of an organization. This paper studies the key process that quality is affected by the keycomponents of leading product in manufacturing of Tianjin Hoisting EquipmentLtd. The process is analyzed with advanced integrated quality managementsystem, and the key factors affecting quality is found and improved, and theprocess is optimized. Accordingly economic benefit will be created for enterprisesand personal quality will be raised. At the same time, a successful case isprovided for applying integrated quality management system in mechanismmanufacture industry.
