Study And Application On The Intergrated Quality Management In Contemporary Manufacturing System

High degree automation is the main character of the Contemporary Manufacturing systems,the widely adoption of the Automation equipments leads to higher requirement for quality management theory and technology. At first the author of this thesis analyzed the quality management requirement of modern manufacturing systems based on the investigation of quality management development history and modern quality management philosophy. Then the author of this thesis analyzed many advantage quality management technologies, and presented a system integration model. At the last part of this thesis, the integrated quality management system has applied in a semiconductor assembly company.There are four chapters in this thesis and the main contents are listed below:Chapter one is the introduction. We summarized the development history of quality management, and give a deep investigation of modern quality management theory and methods. At the same time, the main characters of the contemporary manufacturing system were also presented. At last, the research method and technology routing were introduced, and the research contents, object and significance were also summed up.Several important technologies of modern quality management were discussed in chapter two, such as process capability analysis, statistical process control and design of experiments. After that the related theory and method of data mining were investigated.Three dimensions quality integration model was described in Chapter Three. The model framework and operation mechanism was discussed, and the detail of the technology routing was also presented here. Then the integration of the statistical process control and data analysis method such as data mining was developed.In Chapter Four, the last part of this thesis, we applied the theory model and the detailed technologies in a semiconductor assembly company. An integration quality management system was developed to carry out quality improvements. The quality information system framework to support the quality integration was also designed and a satisfactory result was gotten.Briefly, based on the enterprise quality management practice, this thesis used the modern quality management comprehensively to build integrated quality management framework for modern manufacturing systems and has leaded to a good quality improvement result in practice. The main content is also effective for other manufacturing systems in some extent. Hope this work is valuable for the development of quality management.
