In modern era, what the most essential is the competition among talents all over the world, and exploration and management of human resources have become the core content in the modern business administration. In essence, the modern human resource management, which has more strategic, future and systematic than traditional human management, is different from the traditions in kinds of fields, such as management conception, management activity and management function, etc. Then, in order to study on the model of compensation of promotion mechanism of the civilian enterprise, we should re-understand the capital of manpower, and establish the new concept that talents are the important resources for the enterprise; Secondly, we. should re-understand the principle of distribution according to work, so as to bring about the function of promotion by compensation mechanism; Finally, we should also realize that the reform of compensation promotion model of enterprise is the adjustment of benefit relations. By exploring the model of compensation promotion, we can form a serial of human promotionmechanism that is feasible and efficient.The paper introduces the theory of promotion mechanism, especially the methods of promotion, bases the management characters of Jing Gang Estate Co. Ltd and establishes a new model of human promotion that is fit for the development of the civilian enterprise.
