This article is a report on the analysis of human resource management (HRM) of China Aviation Industry Corporation I (AVIC I).It introduces every aspect of HRM of AVIC I in detail, such as two ways and some steps of recruitment, measures of performance evaluation, compensation systems and so on. Then according to the theories of HRM,the situation of HRM is analyzed and a conclusion is drawn that the characteristic of HRM of AVIC I is diversification. The HRM of AVCI I is turning from traditional model to modern model. Some problems still exit: the concept of strategic HRM has not been formed; little work was done on job analysis; recruitment propaganda is not forceful; ways of recruitment are limited; the process of inside recruitment should be more standardized; performance management is still staying in the phase of performance evaluation, lacking other three processes; the income of high end talents is lower than the level the other companies, but the common persons' income is higher than the normal level; more forms of compensation should be established; the HRM department in headquarters dose not function effectively.At the end of the article, six improving measures are put forward: change the concept on HRM; strengthen propaganda, develop new ways of recruitment; do hard work on job analysis; establish scientific performance evaluation system and make up evaluation process; raise income of cadre employees and develop new forms of compensation system; set up talent sharing system and let talents flow in the corporation according to the need.
