Yan'an Regional Industrial Structure Analysis And Countermeasures Research

The evolution and promotion of industrial structure is the premise of economic growth and development. On the basis of extensive investigation and research, combining normative method with positive method, this paper analyzes the restrictions of unreasonable factors such as the poor regional industrial structure of Yan'an, low take of opening and worsening ecological environment to the optimization to the regional structure and its negative effect on economic increase. Then combining the theory with the practice, the paper proposes the strategy for regional industrial development: against the background of market economy and China' s participation in WTO, development of characteristic economy should be emphasized according to its advantages in natural resources in Yan'an and to the requirement of the international and domestic market; readjusting the existing regional industrial policies, energy industries such as petroleum and coal should be established as the leading industry to improve the utilization of resources and economic benefits of industries and to develop those related industries by taking advantage of the characteristics of energy industry to realize a new type of industrialization; agricultural development should follow the direction of the market and focus on the benefit on the basis of the advantages in natural resources and local conditions to develop agriculture, forestry, grass-growing, fish breeding and poultry raising as the advantageous industry to implement the strategy of industrialized agriculture; and the third industry and other related industries should be developed on the basis of tourism. The purpose is to convert the advantages is natural resources into the advantage in industry and in competition for the united and long-term benefits of the industry to realize the optimization and promotion of the regional industrial structure to further promote continuous, steady and coordinated development of the whole society.
