Since entering the 21 st century, with the high-speed development of our social economy, social environment and increasingly complex security situation, put forward higher request to the police skills, professional quality of policemen. How to adapt to the new situation and meet the need of public security work as well as the team construction in our country, further highlight the police professional education, improve teaching quality, strengthen the students team management, cultivate qualified new police troop, is an important issue which we must face and think seriously about.Therefore, using project management to manage students in public security colleges to develop with qualified police consciousness, good police skills, possess the basic qualities as the goal.
