It is not appropriate for high-technology companies to appraise employees' performance adopting traditional thought of "Human were born with laziness" nowadays because of the distinguish of the knowledgeable employees in the companies.Through this article' s statement of human capital and feature analyses of intellectual employees of the high-technology companies, the main problem existing in the appraisal system of employees' performance in high-technology companies of our country' s nowadays can be found out and improved tactics for the system can be provided directed by the thought of humanism management which can make the system to motivate the knowledgeable employees' further potential and improve the rate of utilization of human capital in order to speed up the realization of the companies' goals.The author expects that this article can supply high-technology companies of our country with some helpful methods and detailed reference for employees' appraisal system.
