Based On The Risk Matrix Method The Risk Of Investment Project Risk Assessment Study

Currently, the ration analysis on venture investment program is an important research aspect, but the organizations in every country have not adopted a uniform evaluating method. How to explore a representative risk-evaluating method to be referred by most venture investment organizations, is the same objective of many theory investigators and venture investment professional handlers.This thesis illuminated the background and significance of this election about risk assessment of venture investment project first, then reviewed some relative theories present. The thesis introduced some concepts about venture investment, made a definitude definition for risk and venture investment; further more, discussed the requirement and feasibility for risk measurement of venture investment project. On the basis of identify and sort the risks in venture investment project, and showing several ordinary risk assessment methods for venture investment, then pointing out their shortcomings, introduced the risk-matrix method, which has always given great concern by the Department of Defense of USA (DoD). This paper rebuilt the original Risk Matrix, then combined with the characteristics of venture investment in China, list an example of the application in venture investment. At last, explained the advantage and the important value to spread this risk assessment method.
